My experience enables me to offer effective hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, hypnosis and hypnoanalysis either one to one, online, or with the additional services of contact via email and phone.
With over ten years experience of working in the care sector, becoming a therapist was a natural step and I am confident in my abilities in helping those with mental well-being issues alongside individual needs or requirements.
Whilst providing a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
Having experienced hypnotherapy myself I have full faith its capabilities as it changed my life for the better, allowing me to leave old outdated views and responses to life stressors behind me and to live a life free of the things that were holding me back.
This is how I came to the decision to train and focus in Hypnotherapy.
Training via the prestigious Terrance Watts program under the Kent institute of clinical hypnotherapy, I was fortunate to have the best training with full supervision working on many case studies, hours of study and assignments and several exams where I earned my post nominal title - DHP-
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energies, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a plan of action that will take you from where you are to where you wish to be.
